My son these days became more interested in playing guitar! He is trying to play unknown music downloaded from net. No one in our family really did anything remarkable in music! I do not understand what he sings! Studies has gone to back stage. I am puzzled. ICSE exam 2012 is very near. Can he pass?Passed ,now in Engineering college studying Mechanical Engineering . He still tries to play songs in his guitar. But I do not understand!😊

My son will be 15 years on 15.6.2010. On 24th May 2010, we performed the hindu ritual of "Thread Ceremony"in Kamakhya temple and he was made a 'BRAHMIN". He is now eligible to perform the function & duties of a Brahmin. We all want him to be a true Brahmin & maintain the tradition.

Smti Madhumita Bhattacharjee, daughter of (L) Swapan Bhattacharjee & Sukla Bhattacharjee of Rilbong and grand daughter of (L) U.P Bhattacharjee, my father, ,secured 90.17% with letter marks in five subjects in ISC Examination 2009(class-XII-Arts).She topped the list of successful candidate from the Pine Mount School, Shillong. She is my niece. We are very happy indeed!

11th April 2008, These days fear has gripped the people of Meghalaya! Meningitis! What precaution to be taken? Differing views coming out. Hope everything is under control!
